History
Founded in 1976 by Dr. M. A. Kabir, M.D., F.A.P.A.
a distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Centrec Care has grown into a nationally recognized health and wellness facility.
Centrec Care is a Joint Commission Accredited Healthcare Organization and a nationally recognized preferred provider for most healthcare benefit plans.
 
Educational Seminars
Centrec Care is offering free educational services to those who are interested in learning more about healthcare issues.
Seminars are held at the wellness center every evening
from Monday to Friday on such topics as:
- ADHD and Your Child
- Recognizing and managing Bipolar Disorder
- Getting along with your teenager, child or spouse
- Stress: impact on the mind and body
- Health family and drugs
Educational Courses
Course are offered on topics of interest to individuals interested in learning more about self-improvement and in achieving greater psychological well-being.
Courses are taught in a group setting by experienced therapists.
Staff and Facility
In Centrec Care, participants work together with facility staff to understand emotion and its relationship to behavior, to educate patients in problem
solving and coping; to learn life style balance; and to develop creative social and leisure time activities. Interaction occurs in group settings,
allowing individuals an opportunity to implement and practice skills as the ongoing therapeutic intervention continues.
