Mohammed A. Kabir, MD is a graduate of the Bangladesh Medical College
and has received his psychiatric residency training in England. He is a diplomat of the Royal College of Psychiatry, England.
He has been a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association since January 2003.
Dr. Kabir is the founder of Centrec Care Inc., a JCAHO approved Partial Hospital Program located in St. Louis, MO. He has authored the program,
"Twelve Steps to Wellness" which has brought significant commendation.
Dr. Kabir is in full time private practice of psychiatry specializing in Addiction Psychiatry.
He is also an honored member of the Cambridge Who’s Who.

Ivy Alwell, MSN, PMHCNS- BC
is a graduate of Saint Louis University and holds a Masters degree in nursing.
She is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatry.
Ivy is experienced in dealing with a wide range of mental health and chemical dependence issues for adult men and women and has
been part of the Centrec Care clinical team since the organizations inception.

Maria Rubin, BA, OT-R
is a certified occupational therapist that has been part of the Centrec Care team since 1989.
She has extensive experience working with adults and has also worked with children in the St. Louis community since 1991.

Teresa Breeding, MSW, LCSW
holds a masters degree in social work from Saint Louis University and has practiced as a Licensed
Clinical Social Worker since 1993.
Teresa has over 18 years of experience in treating adults, adolescents and children afflicted with mental health,
chemical dependence and dual diagnosis disorders.
